Bulldogs Volleyball 2018
Our mission here at Bryant is to educate and inspire students to discover their passion, become innovative leaders with character, and to make a difference around the world. The volleyball program is very active with several community service projects. This past year alone, we helped coordinate the annual Special Olympics tournament while conducting skill-training clinics with the athletes on a semester long basis. Every year, we look to provide our student-athletes with opportunities to enrich their experiences as members of the Bryant volleyball program. Our roster is very diverse, with student-athletes coming to Bryant from around the world.
The 2018 Volleyball season opened in Chicago against UIC, Central Michigan, and Maryland Eastern Shore. This type of experience would not be possible without the generosity of our alumni, parents, and friends of the program. Currently the team is leading the nation in total kills and total assists, perennially has the highest team GPA, and Coach Garlacy celebrated her 500th win on September 8th against Coppin State.
Our biggest goal for 2018 is to raise enough funds to go to Florida to play Florida Gulf Coast, University of Maryland, and University of Akron at the start of next season. Your donations can help make this team building trip a reality! These out of region tournaments help to prepare the team for conference play.
With so much to celebrate, there has never been a better time to give! All gifts to the program are fully tax deductible and any donation is greatly appreciated!
