Project Playhouse - 2018
Bryant University and Wish Kids Present:
Bryant University students and Wish Kids, a local non-profit wish granting organization, are excited to launch the 3rd annual Project Playhouse. With your partnership, we will all be able to continue this project that has brought joy to so many kids already.
We Need Your Help!
Over the past two years, we have given away 9 truly amazing playhouses. This year, we have expanded our outreach even more! Blackstone Valley, Chariho, Coventry, and Providence Vocational and Technical Schools are each building a playhouse to give to four extraordinary families.
Providence Career and Technical Academy is in the process of building a firehouse playhouse for a Johnston RI family. This family has adopted six children with special needs, and has given up so much to provide a comfortable and loving home for them. This is just one of the four heartfelt stories that will be shared at this year’s Project Playhouse and we want you to be a part of it!
Since our first year of the project, we have grown both as a student-run organization and a community. Project Playhouse not only gives students, faculty, sponsors, and volunteers the opportunity to lend a helping hand, but it also gives them a front row seat to the positive impacts this project can have on children with life threatening illnesses.
Our goal for the alumni fundraising campaign is to raise $3000 that we can put towards t-shirts, playhouse banners, decorations and school awards. Donations are needed by April 15th.
We are looking for your support in reaching this goal!
